Columbia Street Project
A virtual public meeting was held April 2021 where the 60% completed design plans were presented for the project. Since the meeting, the design consultant has progressed the plans to 85% level and the City of Dallas engineers are currently reviewing those plans. The 85% plans are basically the same as 60% plans; they are just a bit more detailed. Please click the More Info button below to see the presentation from the meeting. The presentation describes what the scope of the project is all about.
In the next couple of months, the City of Dallas plans to host another public meeting to update the affected communities and get their feedback.
On the city’s Public Works page, there’s a section on the left called Data and Maps. From there, you can access the “Active Capital Projects” which leads to a searchable map. You can search the location and then click on the purple line to get more specifics about the project.
